Thank you for shopping with Caramel Queen Lashes. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any eligibility requirements will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Caramel Queen Lashes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, front and back
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our eyelash and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent, upon approval.
